In 2007 I founded with Dario Leonardi and Marco Giannì the Studio K95 in Catania.
The logotype is made by the first letter of the Catania’s greek name, Katané, and the first two numbers of the city ZIP code, number 95.
Using as a model the logotype's letters, we have designed a font used for our visual identity, the k95 alphabet.
The "corporate image" shows photos of monuments located nearby our studio. Many elements of the visual identity are designed with traditional printing processes - letterpress - such as business card which has small cuts inside of the logotype. We made the choise of the cuts to let the viewer see the city through our brand and our point of view.
